Morgan is our partner in charge of litigation support and business valuation. He has worked on thousands of civil litigation matters over the years and has been qualified as an expert witness in family, Circuit, and Federal Court across the four corners of West Virginia. Morgan is a 1999 graduate of Marshall University and finished his MBA program in 2001 when he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the national honor society for business students. Morgan served as the Treasurer of the Roark Sullivan Lifeway Center for six years and currently serves on the Property Board for the city of South Charleston.
When not gearing up for Court, you can find Morgan training for his next half marathon or marathon, watching his beloved Dodgers, hiking with his 5 children, or supporting the United States Marine Corps.
